J.H. Goss and Wife To Caroline Greene
                            "Deed"
State of Florida County of Alachua This Indenture made
this the Twenty eight day of December A.D. 1882 between Jesse
H. Goss and Rebeca P. Goss his wife of the first part and
Caroline Greene of the second part witnesseth that the parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
fifteen dollars to them in hand paid by the party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
by these presents, do sell grant release and confirm unto
the party of the second part her heirs and assigns a certain
or parcel of land in Alachua County State of Florida Known
and described as the extreme South East Acre in the
south East Corner of the Lands partitioned to the Admin
istrators and heir &c of Cornelius Rain in a certain Partiti
on made in the Premises by the Judge of the fourth Circuit
State of Florida acting for the Judge of the 5th Circuit in
Section Sixteen (S16) Township Ten (T10) Range Twenty (R20)
Together with the members rights Tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging and also the estate
right title interest and claim of dower to the premises afore
said and the parties of the first part do bind themselves
their heirs executors and administrators and each of them
to warrant and defend forever the title to said premises
unto the second party her heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the claims of all persons claiming
or to claim under by or through the parties of the first
part In witness whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and
year first above written

that the saw the above Grantors sign seal and deliver
the above deed for the purposes therein expressed and
he Together with Julia Goss signed the same as Wit
nesses W.E. Dunson signed and sworn to before me
this 12th March A.D. 1883.
