consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to them paid the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and
sold and and by these presents do grant bargain sell & convey to the party
of the second part all that tract or parcel of land situate in the
town of Micanopy in the County of Alachua & State of Florida and
known in said town as the Knox lot & fronting on Broad Street on the
main business Street in said town & containing three acres more or less
& having had on it lately a Store house which was destroyed by fire
To have and to hold to the party of the second part his heirs and
assigns with all the right title and interest therein of the parties
of the second part including all the dower right or any other right
lien or claim the said E.A. King has or may have in said land, with
all the appurtenances thereto in anywise appertaining In testimony
whereof the parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and
affixed their seals the day and year aforesaid

& also certify that the said Mrs. E.A. King having been by me first
examined privately and separately and apart from her said
husband acknowled to me that she had renounced & relinquished all
her right and title to dower in the lands mentioned in said deed
freely & voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
