Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that
we Thomas E. Haile and Esther S. Haile his Wife of the afore
said county and State for and in consideration of the sum
of One Hundred dollars to us in hand paid by Amelia
E. Taylor of the county of Alachua in the state of Florida
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto her the said Amelia E. Taylor
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida Particularly known and described as follows to wit:
commencing at a stake on the Southern boundary line
of Section Nineteen (19) in Township Ten 10 South of Range
Nineteen (19) East which stake stands Four Hundred
and Forty (440) Yards West from the South East Corner
of said Section Nineteen thence from said Stake running
West Four hundred and ninety (490) yards thence North five
Hundred 500 Yards thence East Four Hundred and Ninety
(490) yards Thence South Five Hundred (500) yards to the
place of beginning containing by estimation fifty acres of
land more or less Together with all and singular the tene
ments hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the same
unto her the said Amelia E. Taylor and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute and
we the said Thomas E. Haile and Esther S. Haile do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Amelia E. Taylor
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same that the same is free from all
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we will and
our heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto her the said Amelia
E. Taylor and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
the same In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals on this 22nd day of March AD 1883.
