This Indenture made the Ninth day of January in the

two Between Rosa B. Murphy & her husband G.W. Murphy
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties
of the first part and Martha Boulware of Alachua
County Florida party of the second part witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Five hundred and Twenty five Dollars law
ful money of the United States of America to us in hand
paid by the said parties of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
