                    "Deed"
No 794  This Indenture made and entered into on this the 
thirty first day of December in the year of our Lord one 
Thousand Eight hundred and Eight Between The Florida 
Land and Immigration Company a body corporate under 
the laws of the State of Florida party of the first 
part and Mary C. Fleming wife of John F. Fleming
of the town of Archer County of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the second part witnesseth that the said 
party of the first part for and in consideration of the 
sum of Ninty Dollars lawful money of the United States 
of America to it in hand paid by the said party of the 
second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these 
presents the receipt the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has given granted aliened bargained sold transferred con
veyed and confirmed and dose by these presents give grant 
alien bargain sell Transfer remise release convey and 
confirm unto the said party of the second part and to 
her heirs and assigns forever all that certain Tract or parcel 
of Land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua 
and State of Florida and Known and described on the 
public maps and records of said State as the South 
East quarter of the North East quarter of the South
East quarter of the South east quarter of Section Seven
teen in Township Eleven South of Range Eighteen East
Containing two and a half acres more or less (SE1/4 of 
NE1/4 of SE1/4 of SE1/4 Sec 17 T11 R 18 E) To have and 
to hold the above granted bargained and described 
premises together with all and singular the rights 
and privileges immunities easements and appurtenances 
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the
