company for itself and assigns and for all others
claiming by through or under it does covenant and
agree that at the time of the execution and delivery
of these presents the said company is seized of a good and
indefeasible fee simple to the above premises and has
good right to convey the same as it has conveyed
the same free and discharged from all encumbranc
es and liens of any and every nature and description
and that the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns shall quietly and peaceably and may at
all times hereafter have use occupy possess and enjoy
the above described premised against all persons what
soever lawfully claiming the same and that it will
at any and at all times make such further covenants
conveyances and assurances at the expense of the
said party of the second part as she the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns or counsel
learned in the law may require

Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
we Esther Serena Haile and Thomas E. Hale Senior her
husband of the aforesaid State and County for and in
consideration of the natural love and affection which
we have and bear to and for our daughter Amelia E.
Taylor and the further consideration of Five Dollars by
her to us in hand paid the receipt whereof we do here
by acknowledge have granted bargained sold aliened
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien and convey unto her the said Amelia E. Taylor
