all of that certain lot tract piece or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the Western half of Section
Twenty nine 29 in Township Ten (10) South of Range
Nineteen (19) East in Alachua County State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit comm
encing at a Stake which is found as follows viz start
Sixty (60) feet North of where the Center line of the Road
bed of the Atlantic Gulf and West India Transit Rail
Road crosses the Western boundary line of said section
Twenty nine (29) in Township Ten (10) South of Range
Nineteen (19) East thence up said Section line North
Four Hundred and five (405) yards thence East Five
(5) Chains and Thirty one 931) Links to the Stake the point
of beginning of the Tract hereby conveyed thence from
said stake North Eight (8) chains thence East six (6) chains
and Thirty seven (37) Links Thence South Eight (8) Chains
thence West six (6) Chains and Thirty seven (37) Links to
the stake the point of beginning containing Five (5) acres
of land more or less Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong
ing or in any wise appertaining To Have and to hold the
same unto her the said Amelia E. Taylor and to her heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolutely
forever In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed hereto our seals on this 22nd day of March

Alachua County   }  I, Albert R. Elmore a Justice of
the Peace in and for Alachua County Florida do hereby
certify that on this 23rd day of March AD 1883 before me
in person appeared Mrs. Esther Serena Haile wife of
Thomas E. Haile to me well and personally known who
being by me first duly questioned and examined separate
and apart from her said husband did say and acknowl
edge before me upon such separate and private examinat
ion that she did execute sign and deliver the
foregoing Deed of conveyance for the purpose of absolute
ly conveying to Amelia E. Taylor in fee that portion of
her separate estate and property which is particularly
set forth and described in said Deed of conveyance
and that she did the same freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.
