they are seized of a good and indefeasible fee discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and
description and that the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above
described premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claim
ing the same and that they will at any and at all times make
such further covenants conveyances and assurances at the
expense of the said party of the second part as he the said
party of the second part heirs or assigns or counsel learned in

I Samuel C. Tucker trustee for Claudia S. William A. & Clara Clif
ford Tucker of the aforesaid County and State for and in
consideration of the sum of sixteen Hundred dollars to
me in hand paid by Godfrey Jerue of the County of
Taylor in the State of Iowa in receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto him the said Godfrey Jerue all of
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
