Alachua County } This Indenture made this 2nd day of
April A.D. 1883, between Emiline Tyson (widow) of the said
State & County and George H. Tyson and John O. Tyson of
the same State & County witnesseth that the said Emiline
Tyson for and in consideration of the natural love and
affection that she has & bears for her sons George H.
Tyson and John O. Tyson & also in consideration of Five
Dollars to her in hand paid at and before the sealing & deliv
ery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ack
nowledged have remised released & quit claimed and by
these -- doth remise release and quit claim unto the
said George H. Tyson & John O. Tyson and to their heirs
and assigns for ever all of her right title & interest in
and to all and every species of property or other thing
or things of value to which she may be entitled or
to become entitled in and to the property money or effec
ts of the estate of James Tyson deceased late of said
county T have and to hold the same unto the said
George H. and John O. Tyson & to their heirs executors admin
istrators & assigns forever In witness whereof the said
Emiline Tyson has hereunto set her hand and seal
the day & date first above written
