L. & L.J. Montgomery To H.D. Wagoner
                  "Deed"

Alachua County   }  I Lucius Montgomery and Lou J. Montg-
omery his wife who joins her said husband to convey her
dower in consideration of six hundred dollars to us in
hand paid by H.D. Wagoner the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged do grant sell and convey to the said H.
D. Wagoner that Lot or parcel of land lying in the
South west quarter of section Twenty six (26) Township
Eleven (11) and Range Twenty (20) commencing at the
North west corner of the lot now owned and occupied
by N.A. Bailey and running south Two hundred and
Ten (210) feet Thence west Three hundred and ten
(210) feet Thence to place of beginning and containing
one and three fifths (1 3/5) acres more or less as witness
our hand and seal this second day of Feby 1883.

Alachua County   }  Be it remembered that on this second
day of February 1883, personally came Loucius Montgomery
and Lou J. Mongomery his wife to me well Known to be
the person above described and severally acknowled
ged the making of the foregoing deed of conveyance to be
their act and the said Lou J. Montgomery being examined
separate and apart from her said husband also acknowl
edged that she executed the same freely and without fear
or constraint of her said husband or other person

Alachua County   }  Be it Known that on this 6th day
of March 1883, Personally came Mrs. Lou J. Montgomery to
me well Known as the wife of L. Montgomery who being
examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says that she hereby relinquished her
right of Dower in the foregoing described property
of her own free will and accord and without
fear or constraint of her said husband or other
person
