Alachua County   }  I H.D. Wagoner in consideration
of Seven hundred and fifty ($750) dollars to me paid
by Boderick Henderson the receipt whereof is hereby ac
Knowledged do grant sell and convey to the said Boder
ick Henderson and his heirs that lot or parcel of land
Lying in the south West quarter of Section Twenty
six (26) Township Eleven (11) and Range Twenty (20)
Commencing at the north West corner of the lot now
owned and occupied by W.A. Barley and running
South Two hundred and ten (210) feet thence west
three hundred and Twenty four (324) feet thence North
two hundred and ten (210) feet Thence to place of beg
inning and containing one and three fifths (1 3/5) acres
more or less as witness my hand and seal this fourth
day of Feby 1883.

Alachua County   }      Know all men by these presents
that I James Boling and Jennie Boling his wife
who joins her said husband to convey her Dower in
consideration of Six Hundred dollars ($60000) to us in
hand paid by L. Montgomery and C.L. Steele do
grant sell and convey to the said Montgomery and
Steel their heir and assigns Forty (40) Acres of land
bounded on the North by "Paines Parie" on the East
by lands now owned and occupied by James Bol
ing on the South by lands now owned and occu
pied by Quash Watson and In the West by lands
