feet south seventy four degrees west of the North East
corner of the Baptist Church Lot and west of Johnson street
thence south Two degrees and thirty minutes east along said
street one Hundred and Twenty feet thence south seventy
four degrees west one hundred and Eighty one feet
six inches thence North Two degrees thirty minutes west
one hundred and Twenty feet thence north seventy four
degrees east one hundred and eighty one feet six inches
back to street and place of beginning containing half
an acre The above description is made from the notes
of W.L. Sims surveyor which are as follows "Notes for
Methodist Church Lot" Beginning 99 ft S 74° W of the
N.E. Corner of the Baptist Church lot and west of John
son street thence S 2° 30' E along said street 120 feet
thence S74° W 181 ft 6 in thence N2° 30'W 120 ft thence N74°
E 181 ft 6 in back to street and place of beginning
containing half acre Sims surveyor said land being
given by said Baptist Church to said Methodist
Church for Church purposes and on the express
condition that if used for any other purpose it shall
revert to the grantors herein and their sucessors in
office To have and to hold the above described land
to the said parties of the second part their success
ors together with the rights members and appurtenan
thereunto being belonging or in any manner appertain
ing and the said parties of the first part for them
selves their heirs executors administrators and assigns
the title to the above bargained sold and conveyed
premises will forever warrant and defend against all
legal claims and demands In testimony whereof we have here
