Know all men by these presents that We Adolphin Colem
an (daughter of J.H. Bergheim decd) and D. Coleman
her husband: and Hyman Bergheim (Bachelor and son of
J.H. Bergheim decd) and Julia Litchtenstein (daughter
of J.H. Bergheim decd) and Herman Litchtenstein her hus
band: and Emma Bar (daughter of J.H. Bergheim decd)
and August Bar her husband and Johnnah Long (formerly
the Widow of J.H. Bergheim decd and now also a widow)
all heirs at Law of the said J.H. Bergheim late of the town
of Gainesville in Alachua County State of Florida deceased
for and in consideration of the sum of Two thousand dol     
lars to us cash in hand paid by Ida E. Burnett of Gainesville
Alachua County Florida have granted bargained sold aliened
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien and convey unto her the said Ida E. Burnett all of
those certain lots tracts pieces or parcels of land situated
lying and being in the Town of Gainesville in Alachua
County in the State of Florida particularly described
according to the original plans and Maps of said Town
