      Francis L. Freyer to Carson Condy

Cobb County      } For and in consideration of Sixty
Dollars to me in hand paid at and before the signing
sealing and delivery of these presents I Francis L. Freyer
have bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
bargain sell and convey unto Carson Condy his heirs and
legal representatives the following property situated in
the State of Florida County of Alachua in the town
of Micanopy or what is usually called the Micanopy
Section situated in section Twenty six of Township
Eleven of Range Twenty East in the County & State
aforesaid containing One Acre and 57/43.560 and describ
ed as follow commencing at the corner of Carson Candys
fence as it now stands on the line dividing the
land of F.L. Freyer and Thos Mac Credie formerly
owned by J. Livingston running from said Corner of
fence due South Four hundred and Sixty nine feet
in to the Road (to Ocala) then East & along said Road
Ninety three feet then due North Four hundred &
69 feet to the line of Freyer and Mac Credie then
along said line ninety three feet to the point of beginning
and including the house now occupied by by Carson
Condy & Family To have and to hold the aforesaid Property
to the said Carson Condy his heirs and legal representatives
in F Simple with warranty of Title In Testimony whereof
I the said Francis L. Freyer have hereto set my hand
and seal this 15th day of July 1876.
