"Deed"
Know all men by these presents that I A.J. Coffee of the
County of Madison in the State of Florida for and in
Consideration of the love and affection which I have and
bear to and for my Daughter Missouri C. Harrell wife
of Marcus J. Harrell of Alachua County Florida have
given granted and conveyed and do by these presents give
grant and convey unto the said Missouri C. Harrell
and to her heirs and assigns forever Eleven Hundred
Dollars 110000 in lawful money of the United States as
her separate property and estate to be used expended
or invested as she may desire by herself or her
lawful authorized agent for her own benefit profit
and advantage The same to be free and exempt from
the debts and liabilities of her said husband contracted
or to be contracted To have and to hold the same to
the said Missouri C. Harrell and to her heirs and
assigns forever In testimony whereof the said A.J. Coffee
hath hereunto set his hand and seal on this Ap 6
day of A.J. Coffee A.D. 1883
