County of Alachua}  This Indenture made the 28th
day of March A.D. 1883, between P.B.H. Dudley e and
James W. Williams Executor of P.B.H. Dudley deceased parties
of the first part and Barbury J. Knight party of
the second part all of the county and State aforesaid
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of three hundred
dollars ($30000) lawfull money of the United States of
America to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part at or before the ensealing and del
ivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents does grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and to her heirs and assigns forever all that
certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate
in the County of Alachua and State aforesaid and
more particularly described as follows the North half
of the North East quarter the North West quarter and
the North half of the South West quarter of Section
thirty four in Township Nine South of Range
seventeen East containing three hundred and Twenty
