This Indenture made this 28th day of March in the
Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty
three between Barbary J. Knight Widow of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part
and her son Thomas J. Knight of the same county
and State party of the second part Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of Three Hundred dollars to her in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold
released granted conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do bargain sell release grant convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or
