parcel of land situated and lying in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida and described as
the North half of the North East quarter, the North
West quarter and the north half of the South West quarter
of section Thirty four in Township nine South of
Range Seventeen East containing three hundred and twenty
five acres and twelve hundredths of an acre Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the es
tate right title interest property possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said party
of the first part in and to the above described premises
and every part and parcel thereof It is understood however
that I Barbary J. Knight before delivering the within Deed
to my son Thomas J. Knight that I continue to hold a life
time interest in said described property until my death before
he can dispose of same or by my consent it is also understood
that I reserve a life time interest for my daughters Emma
Lois Hattie Florence in the within lands said interest to
be forfeited after marriage in said property. To have and

to hold the above granted bargained and described premises
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever and the said party of the first part for
her heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant with
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
that at the time of the delivery hereof the said party of
the first part the lawful owner of the premises above
granted and seized thereof in fee simple absolute that
they are free from all encumbrances that the said party
of the first part has good right to sell and convey
the same to the said party of the first part her heirs
executors and administrators the above described and
hereby granted and conveyed premises and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns against the said party
of the first part and her heirs and against all and every
person and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to
claim the same shall and will warrant and by these presents
forever defend In witness whereof the said party of the first
part have hereunto set her hand and affixed her seal
