me Barbary J. Knight to me well known and acknowledged
that she executed the foregoing Deed for the purposes therein
expressed whereupon I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
the 28th day of March A.D. 1883.

   Mary E. Furman To Henry T. Pelton
                 "Deed"
This Indenture made this the 27 day of Janry in the Year
of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and seventy nine
between Mary E. Furman & Charles D. Furman her husband of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the
first part and Henry T. Pelton of the County of Alachua
& State aforesaid party of the second part Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of One (1) dollars to him in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have bargained sold released granted conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents have bargain sell release
grant convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece
or parcel of land situate and being in the section (12) twelve
Township Nine (9) Range Twenty (20) S&E and particularly
described as follows viz Lot Ten (10) of original survey
of the Town of Fairbanks Containing one half acre of land
more or less Provided always that the said Henry T. Pelton or
his heirs or assigns shall never sell or lease the above
described lands or any part thereof to a person or perso
ns of color Also that no intoxicating liquors shall ever
be sold or used on said land as a beverage by any person
or persons whomsoever nor shall he Knowingly allow any
Gambling on the said lands and it is expressly agreed
that if the above persons or any one of them is viola
ted then and in that event these lands revert back to
the said Mary E. Furman otherwise this transfer remain
s good Together with all and Singular the tenements her
editaments and appurtenances hereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and all the estate right title interest property pos
session claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as
in Equity of the said parties of the first part in and to
