3442 87/100 Acres Whereas the Trustees of the Internal Improv
ement Fund of the State of Florida under the terms of the agree
ment of sale and purchase made between the said Trustees
and Hamilton Disston of the City and County of Philadel
phia and State of Pennsylvania bearing date the first
day of June eighteen hundred and eighty one for the
consideration of one Million Dollars therein stipulated
to be paid and upon the terms and conditions therein
mentioned and recited agreed for themselves and their suc
cessors in office to sell and convey by good and suffic
X-The said Hamilton Disston and his associates or to such person or persons as he might direct or
ient deeds conveyances and assurances to X appoint an abso
lute indefeasible estate in fee simple to Four Million
Acres of Land of the lands of said Internal Improvement Fund
acquired by the State of Florida under the Act of Con
gress of September Twenty eight eighteen hundred and fifty and
whereas the said Hamilton Disston has directed and
appointed Sir Edward James Reed of England as the person
to whom the title shall be made to the lands hereinafter des
cribed being part of said Four Million Acres and
has requested and directed the said Trustees to make
title to the same to the said Sir Edward James Reed
And Whereas the One Million Dollars the purchase money
for the said Four Million Acres of Land has been paid in
full to the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the
State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
Now Therefore Know all men by these presents that the under
signed the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State
of Florida under an act of the General Assembly of said
State entitled an Act to Provide for and Encourage a Liberal
System of Internal Improvements in this State Approved January
Sixth Eighteen hundred and fifty five for and in Consid
eration of the premises have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said Sir Edward James Reed and his heirs and assig
ns the following described lands to wit: The East half of
the northeast quarter and the Southeast quarter of Section
thirty three in Township Six South of range nineteen east
the northwest quarter and the east half of the southwest
quarter of section three; the north east quarter and the
northwest quarter of the south west quarter of Section four
the east half of the northwest quarter the south half of the
Southeast quarter and the northeast quarter of the southwest
quarter of section ten the southwest quarter of the north
east quarter the northwest quarter the northeast quarter
