signed Issac N. Wylie and Sarah Wylie his wife both aforesaid
and acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed for the
purpose of conveying the land therein described to Samuel
M. Sutliff aforesaid and the said Sarah Wylie upon an
examination made by me separate and apart from her husband
acknowledges that she made herself a party to said conveyan
ce for the purpose of relinquishing all dower and right
of dower in the lands therein mentioned and that she did
so freely and voluntarily and without any fear constraint
or compulsion from her said husband.

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
J. George W. Boston Judge of Probate in and for said, For
and in consideration of the sum of one Hundred and thirty
eight Dollars paid by Messrs Babcock & Beckham unto the
Treasurer of said Co as per receipt of County Treasurer have
bargained sold released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents doth bargain sell release, release convey and confirm
unto Messrs Babcock & Beckham the following lots of land
being and lying in the Town of Gainesville in said County
(ie) Lot 4 four Block 4 four Range 3 and Lot 3 three Block
3 four Range 3 three: to have and to hold said lots of land to them
the said Babcock & Beckham their heirs and assigns and
the said Geo W. Boston Judge of Probate in an for said
County, will forever warrant and defend to the said
Babcock & Beckham their heirs & assigns the above desc
