lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby convey
ed and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same that the same is free from all encumbrances of
any Kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs execu
tors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto the said Julia D. Finley and to her
heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or
