This Indenture made this Twenty fourth day of March
A.D. one Thousand eight hundred and eighty three between
Charles W. Brush and Julia A. Van Ness the only surviv
ing heirs at law and devisees of Nehemiah Brush deceas
ed parties of the first part and Robert Fenwick Taylor of
Alachua County and State of Florida party of the second
part Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of ($200.)
