Knowledged at and before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents have bargained sold aliened and conveyed
and by these presents do sell and convey unto the said
party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns, all
that certain piece or parcel of land situate in said county of
Alachua and State of Florida and described as follows
To wit The North west half of the South East Quarter
of section Twenty Two in Township Ten (10) South Range
Seventeen East Containing Eighty Acres more or less.
To Have and to Hold unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns in fee simple title forever
And the said parties of the first part for themselves and their
heirs executors and administrators do by these presents
covenant to and with the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns that are lawfully seized and
possessed of said land and have good and legal
