Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
I Edgar G. Younglove Bachelor of the aforesaid County
and State for and in Consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars to me in hand paid by Hattie L. Sanchez and
Amelia E. Taylor of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowle
dge have granted bargained sold and Conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey
unto them the said Hattie L. Sanchez and Amelia E.
Taylor all of that Certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida Particularly Known
and described as follows to wit Commencing at a
point on the eastern boundary line of Block Four
(4) Range Two (2) of the Town of Gainesville in said
State and County according to the original plans and
maps of said Town of Gainesville which point of
commencing stands seventy five (75) feet South from
the NorthEast corner of said Block Four (4) of
Rang Two (2) Thence West thirty (30) Thirty feet and
Eight (8) inches, thence south Five (5) feet thence East
Thirty (30) feet and Eight (8) inches to the said Eastern
boundary line of said Block Four (4) of Rang Two (2)
thence North Five (5) feet to the place of beginning con
taining One Hundred and fifteen and one third square
feet of land more or less ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~   ~~~~~~~~~~~
The same being situated on the south end of lot No one
(1) of said Block Four (4) of Range Two (2) as the same
has been subdivided on a map of same recorded at 
page 403 of Deed Book "N" Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
to have and to hold the same unto them the said
Hattie L. Sanchez and Amelia E. Taylor that I am lawfully
Seized in fee of the property herein and hereby con
veyed and that I have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and
that I will and my heirs executors administrator
shall and will forever Warrant and defend the
same unto them the said Hattie L. Sanchez and Amelia
E. Taylor and to their heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or here after to Claim the same In witness whereof
