This Indenture made the first day of January in the
year of our of our Lord one thousand Eight hund
red and Eighty Three between the Florida Southern
Railway Company of the first part and Robert G.
Bass and John L. Howard of the second part Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in cons
ideration of the sum of one dollar lawful money of
the United States of America to it paid by the party of
the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has remised released and forever quit claimed and by these
presents does remise release and forever quit claim unto
the said party of the second part and to their heirs and ass
igns forever Block 7 of the original Plat of the town
