at pages 60, 61, & 62, with the map annexed there to of
said land. To have and to hold the above described
land to the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns together with the rights members and app
urtenances thereunto belonging or in any manner
appertaining and the said parties of the first part for
themselves their heir executors administrators and
assigns the title to the above bargained sold and con
veyed premises will forever warrant and defend against

April A.D. 1883 between Eli Futch as administrator of the
estate of Henry J. Futch late of said County & heirs at
law of said deed Martha C. Futch his wife parties of the
first part and John E. Futch of the State & County
afforesaid party of the second part witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
Five hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part
at and before the ensealing & delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised
released and quit claimed unto the said party of the
second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all
