executed signed sealed and delivered the foregoing deed
of conveyance for the uses and purposes therein contained and
expressed acknowledged and subscribed before me this

    James B. Brown & Wife  To  Margaret A. Whetstone
                        "Deed"
This Indenture made the 15th day of March in the year of
our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and Eighty
three Between James B. Brown and Ella D. Brown his
wife of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and Margaret A. Whetstone of said county
& State of the Second part: Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred and Sixty two 50/100 Dollars to them in hand paid
by the said part of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold Alien
ed remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second part and her
heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot of land lying
and being in the county of Alachua and State of Florida
described as follows: Commencing at the south west
corner of lands conveyed to J.M. Cox Trustee running
along his western line nineteen hundred and eighty feet
feet (19.80) thence west three hundred and thirty (330)
feet thence South Nineteen hundred and Eighty feet 
(1980) thence East three hundred and thirty feet (330)
to the beginning containing fifteen Acres more or less
being in Sect 1 Township 10 S Range 19 East, together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain
ing and the reversions and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof and all the estate right title interest dower
and right of dower property possession claim and dem
and whatsoever in law and in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the above granted prem
ises and every part thereof with the appurtenances To have
and to hold the above mentioned and described premises
with the appurtenances to the said party of the second
