ance to the property hereinafter described and whereas in
said Deed of Conveyance which is recorded at page
343 of Deed book "H" of the public records of Alachua
County Fla I Angelia L. Foster Wife of said Thaddeus
Foster did in formally and irregularly release and
relinquish my right of Dower in and to the property
