hereinafter described and whereas the said property by
regular deeds of conveyance has passed into the hands of 
O.D. Morris and is now owned by him and I the said
Angelia L. Foster being desirous of correcting the Error
in said Deed heretofore inadvertently made therefore
Know all men by these presents that I the said Angelia
L. Foster for and in consideration of the sum of one
Dollar to me in hand paid by the said O.D. Morris
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
bargained sold and conveyed, released relinquished
and renounced and by these presents do grant
bargain sell convey release relinquish and renounce
all of my right title interest claim and demand of
Dower in and to the certain lot Tract piece or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the Town of
Gainesville in Alachua County in the State of Florida partic
ularly Known and described as being the North half
of lot no One (1) of Block Three (3) of Range Seven (7) =
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining = To have and to hold the same unto him
the said O.D. Morris and to his heirs and assigns forever

and renunciation of dower for the uses and purposes
therein contained and expressed freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband.
