County of Alachua}  Know all men by these presents that
Mary E. Phillips and Zephaniah Phillips husband and wife
of Waldo in said County for and in consideration of the
sum of Five Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid by
the firm of Raulerson & Ambrose of the same place
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sod & conveyed and by these pres
ents do grant bargain sell & convey unto the said firm
of Raulerson & Ambrose all of that certain tract or parcel
of land situated lying & being in said County of Alachua
and State of Florida particularly described by meets & bounds
as follows to wit: Commencing at the South West corner
of the North East quarter of Section Twenty three in Township
Eight South Range Twenty one Est and running due
East, Four hundred & fifty five feet to the gravel(?) of the
Peninsular RR Thence in a north westerly direction
bordering on the line of said RR Four hundred and
Fifty five feet, And from thence in a South Westerly dir
ection to the place of beginning Except a strip 24 feet
wide along the last named course which is reserved
for a public road said premises lying within the
Corporate limits of the town of Waldo and containing
by estimation about two Acres more or less Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments & appur
tenances thereunto belonging in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto them the saig
Raulerson & Ambrose and to their heirs and assigns
in fee simple and absolute forever And we the said Mary
