Know all men by these presents that we W. Joseph Waits
and his wife Josephine Waits; Florida McKay and Robert
S. McKay (her husband); Thomas R. Waits and his wife
Emma L; Hellen Townsend and her husband John
N. Townsend; and J. Mummford Waits in consider
ation of one Hundred and thirty three dollars law
ful Money in hand paid by Bolden W. Waits of Alachua
County the receipt is hereby acknowledged do hereby
give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Bolden W. Waits apart of the North West quarter and
a part of the North East quarter of the North East
quarter of Section Twenty nine Township ten South
Range Twenty East more better described as follows
Beginning at the North East Corner of Section Twenty
Nine: thence West Twenty Nine Chains to Corner
thence South Twenty seven (27) degrees west Twenty
Two Chains and twenty links Thence west sixteen chains
to corner thence East Eleven (11) chains to corner contain
ing Thirty two acres. And the North West quarter
of the South East quarter of section Twenty nine
Township Ten South Range Twenty Two East containing
forty acres In all Seventy Two acres more or less To have
and to hold the above granted premises to the said Bolden
W. Waits his heirs and assigns forever And we the
said W. Joseph Waits and wife Josephine; Florida J. Mc
Kay and her husband Robt McKay; Thomas R. Waits
and wife Emma; Hellen Townsend and her husband
John N. Townsend; and J. Mummford W. Waits for
our selves and our heirs executors and administra
tors do covenant with the said Bolden W. Waits and
his heirs and assigns that we are lawfully Seized
in fee simple of the above granted premises that
they are free from all incumbrances that we have
good right to sell and convey the same to the
said Bolden W. Waits and his heirs and assigns
forever and that we will and our heirs and execu
tors and administrators shall warrant and
forever defend the said titles to the said Bolden
W. Waits his heirs and assigns forever In Witness
Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals
this the 26th day of December 1881.
