Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
W. Hattie L. Sanchez and E.C.F. Sanchez of the aforesaid cou
nty and State for and in consideration of the sum of One
Hundred and Eighty Seven 50/100 dollars to us in hand paid by
J.W. Coburn of the County of Suffolk in the State of
Mass the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the
said J.W. Coburn all of that certain piece lot piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida Particularly Known and
described as follows to wit commencing at the North
West corner of lot heretofore on the 24th day of March A.D.
1877 sold and conveyed to J.W. Coburn by Hattie L. Sanchez
thence North fifteen (15) feet to Stake thence East fifty
(50) feet to stake thence South fifteen (15) feet to stake on
the North Line of J.W. Coburn lot thence West along said
line to point of beginning containing by estimation
of 50 feet of land more or less Together with all and sing
ular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining To have
and to hold the same unto him the said J.W. Coburn
and his heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple absolute and we the said Hattie L. Sanchez
and E.C.F. Sanchez do hereby covenant and agree to
and with the said J.W. Coburn that we are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good and lawful right to sell and
convey the same that the same is free from all en
cumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that we
will and our heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
