"Deed"
This Indenture made the 24 day of April in the Year
of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty
three Between W.O. Tison & his Wife M.J. Tison of the county
of Bradford and State of Florida of the first part
and Ellen L. Day of Gainesville Alachua County Florida
party of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of One Thousand Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to us in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold aleined remised released con
veyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alein release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and her heirs
and assigns forever all the following described lot of
land lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida described as follows To wit which
said Tract or lot of land in Known and described in the
plan of the Town of Gainesville In Alachua County State
of Florida as the South half of lot no two (2) as laid
down on M.A. Williams Map of Brushes Extension
of the Town of Gainesville State of Florida the
East and west lines thereof being East two hun
dred feet (200 feet) in length and the north and South
lines thereof being respectively One hundred and Ninty
two feet (192 feet) and One Hundred and Ninty five feet
(195 feet) in length. Together with all and singular
the Lot tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the revers
ions and reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate rig
ht title interest dower and right of dower separate
estate property possession claim and demand what
soever as well in law as in Equity of the said
party of the first part of in and to the same and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part her heirs and assig
ns to her own proper use benefit and behoof forever and
the said parties of the first party's W.O. Tison & M.J. Tison
for themselves heirs executors and administrators do cove
nant premise and agree to and with the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns that
the said part of the first part W.O. Tison & M.J.
