       H.C. Gibbins & Wife To Edward P. Heberton
                        Bond for Title
Know all men by these presents that we H.C. Gibbons and
Eliza A. Gibbons of Alachua County Florida are held and
firmly bound unto Edward P. Helberton of the City of
Philadelphia in the State of Pennsylvania in the sum
of Six thousand Dollars ($6000.00) to be paid to the said
Edward P. Heberton his executors administrators
or assigns to the payment whereof we bind ourselves
our heirs executors and administrators jointly and
severally firmly by these presents sealed with our
seals and date the 13th day of April A.D. 1883. The
condition of this obligation is that if the said H.C.
Gibbons & his said wife Eliza A. Gibbons the said obligors
upon payment to them of ($3,000) Three thousand Dollars
by said Edward P. Heberton as follows to wit cash
two hundred dollars ($20000) one note for ($80000)  Eight
Hundred Dollars die on 15th day of May A.D. 1883 one
note for ($80000) Eight Hundred Dollars due on the 15th day
of August A.D. 1883, one note for ($800.00) Eight Hundred
Dollars due on 15th day of November A.D. 1883 and one
note for ($40000) Four hundred dollars due on 1st day
of December A.D. 1883. Each being of even date herewith
shall convey to the said Edward P. Heberton and

Written in left margin:
The conditions of this Bond having been complied with
the same is hereby cancelled and annulled
In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal
this 7th day of April A.D.
