his heirs forever in fee simple absolute by warranty
Deed in Common from properly acknowledged that cert-
ain tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida and Known and
described as follows to wit Lot (1) one (4) four and (5) five
in section (15) fifteen township (11) Eleven Range (18) Eight
een S&E containing (117) one hundred and seventeen
Acres of land more or less and shall also make execute
and deliver to the said Edward P. Heberton his heirs and ass
igns forever a quit claim Deed in common form duly
& properly acknowledged to those lots tracts or parcels
of land situated lying and being in the county of Alachua
in the State of Florida and Known and described as follows
to wit: Lots (2) two and (3) three in section (15) fifteen townsh
ip (11) Eleven South of range Eighteen (18) East, Containing
(80) Eighty Acres more or less and lots (9) nine & (10) ten
in Section (10) ten Township (11) Eleven Range (18) Eig
hteen S&E containing (80) Eighty Acres more or less Togeth
er with all and singular the rights tenements hereditam
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining In the meantime the said H.C. Gibbon &
his wife Eliza A. Gibbon shall be permitted to occupy
cultivate and hold possession of the said premises
until each and every of said notes shall have been
paid & Settled in full Provided that if each of said
notes have been settled at maturity the said deeds
or deed shall be duly & properly executed and the said
Edward P. Heberton shall be and is hereby authorized to
take immediate possession & control of the said premises
but shall allow the said H.C. Gibbon & Eliza A. Gibbons
to gather all crops grown or to be grown on said prem
ises during the present year and the said H.C. & Eliza
A. Gibbons do hereby agree and obligate themselves to
surrender & Give up immediate possession of said prem
ises on the 1st day of December A.D. 1883. If Each of
said Notes shall then have been paid up & settled
then in that event this obligation shall be null and
void otherwise to remain in full force and effect In
testimony whereof the said H.C. Gibbons and Eliza A.
Gibbons his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals
the day and year first above written
