to me well Known who being first duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from her husband
acknowledged that she executed the above & foregoing
Bond for Title together with her husband for the purpose
of obligating & binding herself to release relinquish and
renounce all of her Dower or right of Dower in & to the
lands therein described & that it was done freely volun
tarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehen
sion or fear of or from her said husband Witness her
hand & seal on this 13th day of April A.D. 1883.

                   "Deed"
This Indenture made the 27th day of March in the Year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty three
Between Fred E. Bradley of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the first part and Jennie P. Fearons
of Campbell County State of Kentucky of the second
part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of three thousand Eight
hundred and fifty Dollars to him in hand paid by the
said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained sold aleined
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
doth grant bargain sell alein remise release convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part and her
heirs and assigns forever all that Lot or parcel of Land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
described as follows The South half of the South East
quarter of Section sixteen in township Eight South of
Range twenty One East S 1/ of S.E. 1/4 Sec 16 T8 R21
containing Eighty Acres more or less together with
