all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenan
ces thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the
reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and
all the estate right title interest property possession claim
and demand whatsoever in law and in equity of the said
parties of the first part of in and to the above granted prem
ises and every part thereof with the appurtenance To have and
to hold the above mentioned and described premises with the
appurtenances to the said party of the second part Her heirs and
assigns against the said party of the first part and their
heirs and against all and every person and persons whom
soever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part
thereof shall and will warrant and by these presents forever

                        "Deed"
This Indenture made the Thirtieth (30)th day of March
Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty three between
Robert W. Campbell and Fannie W. Campbell Husband
and Wife of the town of Waldo County of Alachua and
State of Florida parties of the first part and George
R. Fearrons of the New port County of Campbell and
State of Kentucky party of the second part witness
eth that the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Eleven Hundred and Fifty
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
