                 "Quit Claim Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this 16th day of April A.D. 1883 Between
Saml W. Wilson and S.J. Wilson his wife and William A. Lackey and R.E.
Lackey his wife of Rockbridge County in the State of Virginia of the
first part and James S. Pardue of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida of the second part Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the
sum of one dollar to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have bargained sold released and Quit Claimed and by
these presents do bargain sell release and Quit Claim unto the said party
of the second part all their right title interest claim and demand whether
at Law or in Equity in and to the following described lot tract piece or
parcel of land lying and being situate in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly described as follows to wit Beginning at the
half mile State on the line dividing Sections Thirty one (31) and Thirty
two (32) in Township (9) South Range (20) Twenty East and running
thence North along said section line Seven hundred and Forty five
(745) feet thence West to the North East Corner of Miss E.P. Allen's land
Thence South along Miss Allen's Eastern boundary line Seven Hundred
and Forty five (745) feet to the half Mile line running East and West
through the middle of said Section Thirty one (31) Thence East along said
half mile line to the point of beginning containing Eighty Eight (88)
Acres of land more or less Together with all the rights privileges and
Appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and To Hold the same unto him the said party of the second
part and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever in fee
