all men by these presents that we The Singer Manufacturing Company a
Corporation duly organized under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
New Jersey do hereby confirm the report of said Commissioners made on
the 21st day of September A.D. 1881 and for and in consideration of the
sum of One dollar to them in hand paid by F.P. Olmstead as Guardian
of & for Said minor William N. Wilson have granted bargained sold and
forever quit claim unto him the said F.P. Olmstead as Guardian as
aforesaid the following described property to wit all those lots tracts
or parcels of land situate lying & being in Alachua County Florida & Known
as: The NE 1/4 and N 1/2 of lots one two and three in Section Six (6) Township
Eight Range 19 S&E Containing 200 acres more or less Also Lots Three & four
in Block Three Range Five in the Town of Newnansville Together with
all and singular the rights tenements and hereditaments thereunto
appertaining. To have and to Hold the said described property unto him
the Said F.P. Olmstead as Guardian as aforesaid his successors representatives
and assigns forever in fee Simple absolute. In Witness whereof the said
