"Deed"

Alachua County } This Indenture made this 30th day of April In
the Year one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty three between
Horace P. Langley Party of the first part and James Murry of same
State & County party of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty five
dollars lawful money of the United States to him in hand paid by
James Murry party of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said James Murry
party of the second part all of my right Title and interest in the
lands North of the Street being three hundred and four (304)
feet North and South by six hundred and eighty Eight (688)
feet East and West containing four and one half acres more or less
the same being in Section (4) Township (10) Range (20) South & East
Together with the members rights tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging To Have & Hold the said lands
tenements and appurtenances in fee simple And the said party of
the first part binds himself his heirs executors administrators
and each of them to warrant & defend the Title to the premises
aforesaid unto the second party his executors administrators and
assigns against the claims of all persons whomsoever. In Witness
Whereof the Said party of the first has hereunto set his hand and seal
the day and Year first above written
