of relinquishing all dower and right of dower in the lands therein mentioned and
that she did so freely and voluntarily and without any fear constraint or
compulsion from her said Husband

"Deed"
This Indenture mad the thirteenth day of March in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and eighty three Between Edwin Sandys
Dawes George Augustus Thompson and Anthony Norris of London England
Trustees of the Florida Land and Colonization Company Limited Incorporated
under the Companies Acts 1862 to 1880 and whose registered office is
situated at 12 Austin Friars London E.C. England parties of the first
part and James Adger Clark of the town of Asheville State of
North Carolina party of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred
and fifty Dollars lawful money to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold remised released conveyed and Confirmed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell remise release convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and
assigns forever All that certain piece or parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida known and
described as follows The South East quarter of the South West quarter
