containing forty acres of land and water more or less It being understood
that this deed is given in the place of a deed from the above named
Trustees to John Adger Clark dated April 17th 1882 and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Court of Alachua County in Deed Book "O"
Pages 25-26, 27 on the 9th day of February 1883. Together with all and 
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging 
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and 
remainders rents issues and profits thereof: and also all the estate right 
title interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in 
law as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in and to the 
above described premises and every part and parcel thereof with the 
appurtenances. To Have and to Hold all and singular the above mentioned 
and described premises together with the appurtenances unto the said 
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And the said 
parties of the first part for themselves and their successors as 
Trustees as aforesaid binding themselves only to the extent of their 
first property held by them under warranty and dated December 
twenty eighth AD one thousand eight hundred and eighty executed 
by them by Henry Shelton Sanford and Gertrude E. Sanford his 
wife the above described and hereby granted and released premises and 
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said 
party of the second part his heirs and assigns against the said 
parties of the first part and their successors and against all and 
every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the 
same shall and will warrant and by these presents forever defend
In Witness Whereof the said parties of the first part have by 
Henry Sheldon Sanford their attorney in fact set their hands and 
seals the day and year first above written

Florida residing in the City and County of Washington D.C. personally appeared Henry 
Shelton Sanford the Attorney in fact of Edwin Sandys Dawes George Augustus
Thompson and Anthony Norris Trustees as above described to me well known to 
be the individual described in and who as such Attorney executed the foregoing 
conveyance and acknowledged that he signed sealed and delivered the same as the 
act and deed of the said Edwin Sandys Dawes George Augustus Thompson and 
Anthony Norris Trustees as aforesaid for the purposes therein mentioned
