Cuyahoga County } Know all men by these presents that
I D.S. Critchley and M.G. Critchley his wife of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum of
Two hundred dollars ($20000) to us in hand paid by
Wm B. Lipsey of the county of Alachua in the state Florida
the riceipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have gran
ted, bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
William B. Libsey all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the county of Alachua in
the state of Florida particularly Known and described as follows
to wit The north west Quarter of the south west quarter of section
twenty one (21) Township Eleven (11) Range Eighteen (18) Contain
ing by estimation Forty Acres more or less of land Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur
tenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto the said Wm B. Lipsey
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple absolute and we the said D.S. Critchley and
wife M.G. Critchley do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Wm B. Lipsey that we are lawfully seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and
that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same that the same is free from all encum
brances of any Kind whatsoever and that we will and
our heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto the said
Wm B. Lipsey and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to
claim the same In Witness whereof have hereunto set
hand and affixed seal on this 24 day of April A.D. 1883.

Cuyahoga County } I hereby certify that on this 24th day of
April A.D. 1883, before me personally appeared Mrs. M.G. Crit
chley wife of D.S. Critchley the grantor in the foregoing
conveyance who being duly questioned and examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband says and acknow
ledges before me that she did sign the said deed of
conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to
