be the person described in and who executed the fore
going instrument and severally acknowledged the ex
ecution thereof to be her free act and deed for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned and the said
Sarah L. Robb the wife of the said Robert L.
Robb on an examination taken and made separ
ately and apart from her said husband did ack
nowledge that she made herself a party to the said
deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquish
ing her dower or right of dower in and to the
lands tenements and hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released and that such
relinquishment or renunciation of dower is made by her
freely and voluntarily and without any constraint ap
prehension or fear of or from her said husband
