  This Indenture made and entered into on this 7th day
of May AD 1883 by and between James Doig and his 
wife Frances W. Doig and William H. Robertson and Margaret
E. Robertson his wife all of the county of Alachua
and state of Florida parties of the first part and the
East Gainesville Florida Improvement Company a corporation
duly and legally organized under and by virtue of the
Laws of the state of Florida party of the second part Wit-
nesseth: that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of one thousand three
hundred & Eighty Dollars to them cash in hand paid
at and before the sealing and delivery hereof the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these
presents grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part and to its suc
cessors representatives and assigns all that lot tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
