North 1/2 half of the South East quarter of Section
(4) four in Township (10) Ten South of Range Twenty
(20) East except that part or parts thereof heretofore tran
sfered by deed to other parties:) And also (3) three Acres
reserved for the Negro Grave yard as shown by the
Map of the survey of the said lands made by Josep
h Voyle C.E. hereto attached and made and accep
ted as a part of this deed = said land hereby and
herein conveyed containing Sixty Nine (69) acres
more or less Together with all and singular the rights
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belong
ing or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold
the above granted and described premises unto the
said party of the second part and to its successors
representatives or assigns forever in fee simple ab
solute And the said parties of the first part for
themselves and their heirs executors and administrators
shall and will warrant and forever defend the title
of the said property to the said party of the second
part and to its successors representatives and assig
ns against the lawful claims of any and all persons
lawfully claiming or to claim the same by through
and under them or Either of them In testimony
whereof the said parties of the first part have here
unto set their hands and seals on the day and year

going Deed of conveyance in the manner and for
the uses and purposes therein contained and expressed
