Harriet M. Pendarvis To Willie H. Levy
                         "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents 
that I Harriet M. Pendarvis widow of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of
the sum of one hundred dollars to me in hand paid
by Willie H. Levy of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
him the said Willie H. Levy his heirs & Assigns all
of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the county of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly Known and described as follows
to wit: The South East quarter of the North West quarter
and the North East quarter of the South west quarter
of Section Numbering Eight of Township Numbering
Eight South of Range Eighteen East containing by
estimation Eighty acres of land more or less together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur
tenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and hold the same unto him the said Willie
H. Levy and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple and absolute and I the said
Harriet M. Pendarvis do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Willie H. Levy that I am lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that I have good and lawful right to sell the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto him the said Willie H.
Levy and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
the same in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal on this 18 day of April
