Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that I James H. Huggins of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the sum
of Fifty dollars to me in hand paid by Willie
H. Levy of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said
Willie H. Levy and his heirs and assigns all of that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the county of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly Known and described as
South West quarter of section numbered Eight
of Township Eight South of Range numbered
Eighteen East containing by estimation Forty acres
of land more or less Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining To have
and Hold the same unto him the said Willie H. Levy
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
