and with the said Willie H. Levy that I am lawfully seiz
ed in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that I have good and lawful right to sell the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and ad
ministrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto him the said Willie H. Levy and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all pers
ons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
the same In witness whereof I have hereunto set my

Alachua County } This Indenture made the seventh
day of May A.D. 1883, between Isaac Davis and Phillis
Davis his wife of said State and county of the first part
and David I. Roper of Alachua County in the State of
Florida of the second part witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of One Hundred & Twenty five ($25.00) dollars
to them in and paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said party of the second part all of that cer
tain lot piece parcel or tract of land situated lying
and being in the county of Alachua in the State
